Currently under the ownership of Dave and Suzy Nauert, we are a locally-owned business in Northwest Ohio that specializes in buying and selling U.S. coins and currency, silver, gold, and vintage sports cards and collectibles. We are a Lifetime Member of the American Numismatics Association and are a PCGS and NGC Authorized Dealer.
Meet The Team
Dave and Suzy Nauert
Dave and Suzy Nauert are the owners of Howard Rare Coin Gallery and Silver City Auctions. Richard Howard, Suzy’s father, founded this family-run company in Leipsic, Ohio, in 1971. Suzy has been working in the coin industry for her father since she was 16 years old. At the end of 2018, Suzy and her husband Dave branched off and opened a new location in Findlay, Ohio. Dave has been in the coin industry since 2002 and has been a licensed auctioneer for over 10 years. He is a lifetime member of the American Numismatic Association (ANA).
Amber McBride
Amber, our office manager, makes certain that operations run efficiently on a daily basis.
Christin
Christin helps our team out part time wherever she is needed. Whether it’s assisting the shipping department, taking and editing photos, or greeting our customers in the store.
Kathy
Kristy
Kathy and Kristy are our bid spotters on auction days. They operate two of our auction computers where they receive live bids and relay them to the auctioneer.
